Ice Breaker:

Here the ice breaker concept is for people to connect with each other in a class or a group and these are kind of essential as they encourage

cooperation and participation among the group. Ice breaker can be limited to a small team or a group and can be useful in getting to know each

other in a newly formed group thus interacting with each other thus being comfortable with each other also developing on the social skills.

For our Ice Breaker Exercise we had to pick a leader from our group and we followed a short simple exercise of finding the F's from a

particular sentence "FINISHED FILES ARE THE RESULT OF YEARS OF SCIENTIFIC STUDY COMBINED WITH THE EXPERIENCE OF YEARS" and the person who came

up with more F counts would be leader, here our leader was Mundia.

Ice Breaker Exercise:Topic Exploration:

Now our leader decided on the topic of the situation which is the present topic of importance "Conflict Resolution" we were individuals as

teams and a couple of questions were posed to us in such way that we had to come up with certain different answers and the leader would

determine whether has properly understood properly the situation he was invloved intially we got started with individual questions but later on

depending on the situation our whole group was involved as a team.

Our Ice Breaker Questions.

situation where most of the memebers in a group enevr agreed on the ideas given by you and how was the situation handled.

Situation where you had to work with somebody whose frequecy was not in tune with yours and the way you handled it?

Situation where you were responsible for a conflict and contacted other group members to explain the actions

Situation when your performance was much less than the performance expected by the manager.
