Our heavenly father teaches us to through trials and tribulations to make us have better character. The lord says "in everything set them an example by doing what is good. In your teaching show integrity, seriousness and soundness of speech that can not be condemned, so that those who oppose you may be ashamed because they have nothing bad to say about us." (Titus 2:7-8, NIV) He is saying our abilities or the choices we should make can strengthen your character. Our father is also telling us to be a good example with all that you do and people will follow that character. This alone aligns with Marketing Management because you learn to be better as people and as a company with what works best for the company and what doesn't meet the consumer needs.
According to Kotler, "marketing is about meeting human needs." You can market all aspects of your business. From the product you sell to possible candidates for future careers with the firm. Starbucks likes to build their character with their customers by simply building a relationship "with the barista behind the bar." (Starbucks) This allows Starbucks segway into different events such as "giving away free coffee" (Starbucks). This shows how they appreciate their customers by giving back to the customer who visited them at a certain period of the day. This shows integrity from the company by providing them with free coffee. (Starbucks)
