IQ or intelligence quotient score is which we usually use to determine how smart a person is. Most people believe that someone who has as higher IQ score as smarter than others. However, to a psychologist, Howard Gardner, believes that to tell how smart a person is, we is not just looking at his/her IQ score but we have to see how he/she flexibly solves a problem in his/her usual life and what his/her everyday habit is. And according to his 15 years of observing, there are at least 7 kinds of intelligences in our lives: linguistic, logical-mathematic, spatial, musical, bodily kinesthetic, interpersonal, and intrapersonal. The linguistic intelligence is a kind of intelligence of words, which people who posses like to read, write and play with their tongues. They like to make new words and play the games about wording. In contrast, the seventh intelligence is intrapersonal, which someone who possesses usually loves to do things by himself and is very independent, also. Most people usually posses all kinds of these intelligences, however, by some situations of childhood or else, they might naturally lose some of those intelligence kinds and only keep 1 or 2 as primary ones. For me, after reading the article: "Many Kind of Minds: The Theory of Multiple Intelligences," I now figure out that regardless of some intelligences that I possess little inside me, the linguistic and musical intelligence is standing out of all.

I say the linguistic intelligence is standing out because I love books, words; and I love reading and writing my emotions everyday. I also have a habit that to write the journal of my everyday things. Every night I often write what happen in the day and what did I buy in that day. Also, before I say something, I usually think words carefully and think what I
