iPhone is the most popular mobile device nowadays. The iphone is one of many products pro-vided by Apple Inc. Apple Inc. changed the concept of a phone by introducing the iPhone with over a million applications that can installed on the device. The company has achieved unprecedented differentiation in the market. Apple Inc. has an exclusive contract with the Korean Manufacturer LG to make the screens for the iphone, which is the distinctive feature of the iPhone. LG is one of the leading company in LCD technology, which is why Apple Inc. have the iPhone screen made by them to ensure the highest quality for the screens.

In addition, Foxconn, a chinese manufacturing company, to assemble the iPhone. China is well known for their relatively cheap labor. Therefore, Apple Inc. assembles the iPhone in order to reduce the manufacturing cost. However, the advertisement and marketing is done by Apple Inc. The most famous examples of Apple Inc. marketing campaign are conferences, MacEx-poWorld and AppleExpo, where Steve Jobs used to announce the new product.

Based on the above data, we can conclude that international products are manufactured in a country different than the country where material comes from. Also, the advertising may come from another country in addition to the fact that it is sold in the different part of the world. Also, we conclude that international organizations are affected not only by factors in the coun-try where they manufacture their product, but also factors in different countries around the world. In addition, we conclude that products existing under low forces of national respon-siveness like Polo T shirts where the customization of products is not needed have their mar-keting and advertisement campaigns in the country where the head office is located. This is to make one standard campaign suitable to be implemented in all over the world. Based on the un-needed product customization, Polo Company needs to have functional structure imple-menting export strategy through international division.
