- It's very important to control the cost since the profit, or loss for each programme is determined by the diff3rence between the contracted commissioned revenue and the actual cost incurred by VYP in the making of the programme. To control the cost, VYP's financial team should work closely with the producer team while making the program to reduce the likelihood of cost exceeding the budgets. The studio time should be utilized as mentioned before. Also improved planning and weekly meetings between the producer and his production staff and finance team is required to ensure the cost control and program's quality.
- To meet the time requirement, VYP's filming schedule must be planned and all booked in advance if necessary to take place in a studio. All the stall needed must be made sure to be available for the program making and the use of studio time must be utilized to avoid waste of time.
- For the cast flow pressure to not affect the time requirement, the VYP should always prepare a certain amount of available cast to advance the program making before the fund from broadcast companies is received.
