Employees will build trust with integrity and show strong leadership skills through influence. Integrity is important to maintain credibility within the global market.

Respect: Respect is to feel or show esteem towards. Employees will treat each other as equals and embrace diversity within our company and community. Respect is important for customer retention as well as employee retention. Respect will help build trusting and good natured relationships in all business interactions.

Responsibility: Responsibility is taking care of your duties and being responsible for your actions as employees. Employees will be punctual for work and conduct themselves in a professional manner. Responsibility is important to building healthy communities foreign and domestic as upstanding, hard-working citizens.

Citizenship: Citizenship is a citizen of a particular social community. Employees will contribute to society and the environment. Citizenship is crucial for healthy communities, advancing ethical standards while promoting a business environment reflective of our company. Employees and stakeholders will work together to help in every aspect of social development.

Confidentiality: Confidentiality is to entrust confidence in another. Employees and stakeholders will be responsible for maintaining information, except when legally mandated. Confidentiality is important for protecting the company's interest from outside sources that have misguided intent to do harm.

Performance Excellence: Performance excellence will be defined by the company's constant drive to succeed and innovate. Employees should be hard-working, self-motivated and idealistic.
