Key Training Areas

Success can no longer be measured by the profit margin of the company. In current times a company measures their success in organizational achievements which can occur at different levels, the growth of the employees and the management team, and their success inside the local community. Companies that put their resources into action for employee growth, diversity, and legal requirements will not only decrease their chances of being sued but, this could make them the company everyone would want to work for.

Diversity Training

The designing of a diversity training class companies will teach more than just culture, gender, and race, and workplace ethics. A successful diversity training program will provide the company with the necessary tools that it will need to attract new and highly qualified workers while making the company more desirable to stay with. When a company implements diversified leadership and management training classes it is helping to assisting in developing the skills of the employees who attend the training. This will help to create excellent relationships between the employees and the company. These training programs will help a company to grow, reduce complaints as well as decreasing the amounts of lawsuits that the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) will be able to file for any violations against the Civil Rights Act.

A., 2008).

Employee Growth

If a company can establish a successful diversity training program it will be able to promote employee growth. The employees of the company will continue with education courses that will aid them in their careers thus helping with career development, and counseling services these could lead to the employee being promoted and career advancement. The success of hourly employees and managers being promoted to salaried positions will produce a ripple effect as management provides an insight to the goals of the company.

As management works closely with the employees by coaching, providing insight as to what is expected of them, and mentoring them in order to get the desired qualities they want with the proper training to help develop their skills. The result of this will be a reduction of stress while increasing production, raising self esteem of the employees, while decreasing the turnover rate in the company. Large
