Introduction:
Brief Description of my place of employment and my responsibilities as well as the department's responsibilities: As the Lead Outreach Marketing Executive I was responsible for making calls to current and potential customers of a local childcare company (Environments, Inc.) I was also responsible making overseeing 6 other employees after the unexpected death of my supervisor. I was also responsible for making sure that 6 staff member's paperwork up to the company's standards and made sure that they were motivated each day before they talked with the customer by telephone.

Discuss in detail the problem I've observed: After the untimely death of my supervisor I was forced into the role of temporary supervisor. I was not taught the Sales Force Program in order to maintain records of the sales of my team. In fact I was told to train another set of staff members to assist with the amount of calls that we made per day. The CEO of the company was very happy that the supervisor trained me to work so well with the staff. However they neglected to give me a raise for the extra responsibilities and expected me to train someone else to do the job that I had been doing for the last 5 months. The company also gave the new person a $15,000 raise and he expected for me to continue assume his responsibilities.
Discuss how I would implement it and the time frame for the implementation: I believe that if I could discuss what I've observed and learned within the past 5 months of supervising the team I think that the program would have survived and therefore the entire department would not have been laid off for lack of funds coming into the program.
Conclusion:
Briefly recapitulate my introduction and body of my research project/paper and end the paper.
