- Motivation Hygiene Theory
Answer: This theory includes two factors: Hygiene factors and motivational factors. Hygiene factors that need to be present to ensure a reasonable level of satisfaction, which includes good benefits, reasonable pay, some sort of job security, and friends in workplace. Motivational factors contribute great deal to satisfaction in the workplace, for example, recognition, achievement, advancement, challenging work.
