Situation analysis:

Sunrise exhaust system is a medium scale manufacturing company that manufactures exhaust systems for various automobile companies. The company is into aftermarket auto parts and is in market since 1999. The company focuses to increase its market by reaching as many retailers in the market with right marketing strategies and keeping the competition in mind. The automobile industry in India is quite different then other countries. People prefer using repaired parts then the new ones and at the same time the competition in the manufacturing industry is also quite stiff. More and more manufacturers are entering the market with better offers to the retailers.

SWOT Analysis:

The strength of the company is the quality of products it provides. Often it is seen that the competitors products lack quality and finishing. The only concern for the company is that it does not use a proper logistic system. There is a huge opportunities for the company if it want to manufacture products for export quality. Only threat would be the outdated regulation on manufacturing industry if the company wants to develop to another level.

Competition:

The company does face a lot of competition in the market due to which it has to constantly watch the market and make marketing decision. It faces competition in the form of pricing the products. Usually competitor's prices are close to the company's price but what make sunrise a unique supplier is the OEM type quality product because each product is manufactured with latest equipments and tools.

Products Offering:

Sunrise exhaust manufactures different products for different consumers. Our typical customers are dealerships, Jobers and Mechanic stores. We provide our customers all parts like Exhaust Manifold, Front Flex Pipes, Catalytic Converters, Exhaust Mid Pipes, Muffler Assembly, O2 sensor, and Magnaflow Performance Exhaust just to name a few.

The number of clients in need of cars is constantly increasing, thus creating a bigger market for sunrise and requiring more of their products. The company keeps making quality product and make it a rule not compromise on this, and not to give in to the competitors' pressure and rise their prices then clients will remain loyal to the company. Then, everyone has a chance to know the real values behind Sunrise's past, current, and hopefully future existence.
