The case shall take the point of view of Mr. Frank Duncan, the director of Special Test Operations because in the problem he is the one responsible for making wide decisions for his headed group. Since the problem is all about maintaining the motivation of the employees under his direction, Mr. Duncan is the best fit to take responsibility for this problem.

What long term plan of action should Mr. Frank Duncan take in order to solve his employees' sudden change in attitude and maintain their motivation towards the achievement of the company's goals?

* Employees
Whatever decision Mr. Duncan will make can affect his handled employees' productivity. The employees could either make or break the company's reputation in making good lines of calculators if Mr. Duncan makes a wrong and bias decision. SoI. Point of View
