Performance Appraisal Tool
The performance appraisal tool helps improve the attitudes of the employee towards his or her co-employees and the performance in the firm. The three purposes of performance management are feedback, development, and documentation. They are designed to support employees, appraisers, and organization. Feedback are either positive or negative, it's a way of giving suggestion and opinion. In feedback, you will realize and analyze what are the things to enhance and avoid. Development is the process of day by day improvement and a result of development of new ideas that come-up. In development, there is the new evolution of expansion and progress of the firm. Documentation is the record of the process outcomes. In documentation where we found the file of the individual employee, this is important for this is the evidence and proof of the employees' record.
* Evaluation of the individual employee; it helps to determine the significance, worth, and effort.
* Measurement of actual performance; to find out or come to a decision about by investigation, reasoning, and through observation.
* Training and development; to train employee the right thing to do and develop their knowledge and skill.
* Recreation of activities; it is the tool to build a relationship between each co-employees, for that you will know each other better and for them to be not awkward to work in one firm.
* Open forum between employees; to know if the way you act is acceptable for the other employees and the behavior you have is ethical.
