It will use ABS-CBN Movie Production, Inc. more popularly known as Star Cinema as a representative company, with movie production as its focal point. All attributes were considered with respect to the Philippine business environment and its components. This study includes an in-depth analysis of the industry together with its elements and market. The study requires extensive research as a means of gathering information. The researchers used analytical tools and introspection to further discuss and analyze figures and other information. |

This Industry Study will focus on the Film Production Industry in the Philippines. This will cover the competitive environment of the industry, which, include its various market structures, industry size, major players in the industry, leading practices of firms, and competitive strategies. As stated, we will describe a number of major players in the industry and how each one operates in line to the nature of the industry (their practices and strategies). We will discuss the representative company, Star Cinema to illustrate their standard workings and their place within the whole industry. We will also discuss the effects of certain national and global developments and/or changes to the industry that could alter its structure and environment. Finally, our study will provide recommendations based solely on our analysis of the industry and not from other random factors.
