While completing a kaizen project at work we should of used critical and creative thought better instead of going in with the outcome in mind since that limited the outcomes we could come up with. It is important to think critically and creatively in similar situations because it allows all parties to interject their personal ideas and come up with the outcomes that are our side of the box. These help come up with the outcomes that can help them come up with options that will help the employees and the companies achieve their goals.

Free will is defined as the will to do what you please at any time, Truth is when someone is telling a fact that has happened and can be proven. [Knowledge is the research and experience you have on different subjects and opinion is something everyone has about each and everything it is your thoughts on a subject without using resources and facts. These are used when we form thoughts our thoughts are all made up from free will, truth, knowledge, and opinion.

Identify three hindrances to the critical thinking process. Determine methods for overcoming these hindrances. Identify a time in which you experienced a hindrance in critical thinking. Describe a method you could use to overcome the hindrances.

Identify a message in advertising. Describe how you perceive the message of the advertisement. Try to determine the reality of the advertisement. Distinguish between your perception and the reality of the message.
