A. Continuing Importance-Performance Analysis

If not, we shall QUICKLY review any aspect of the scatterplot you are not comfortable with.
Have you provided the criteria to interpret the distribution of evaluative points using standards? (Have you set your importance and performance 'benchmark' standards?
B. Tasks required for completion of Assignment 2
Write a series of conclusions about the features of the Griffith University Hotel from the interpretation of the quadrants of your importance performance chart.
Conduct an additional analysis to include in your report in words (no diagrams)
Describe in words any traveler differences in importance (sort on traveler type to allow calculation of business and pleasure importance averages and use "t tests" to detect significant differences)
Therefore, since you are looking to see if the mean of something (Importance) is different between two groups (business and pleasure) you will now need to conduct t-tests on all Importance features based on traveler type in order to see if they are SIGNIFICANT differences.
C. Comparing (Means) of Two Groups Using t TEST
1. You may have found that business travelers rated the mean importance of the pool lower than pleasure travelers. However, is the difference between these means for importance of the pool significant? A t-test is a statistical test that attempts to address this question.
2. Research Question: We want to see in there is a difference in the mean of importance for the pool between business and pleasure travelers.
3. Open t TEST (two samples assuming equal variance) text box on the 'TOOLS'- 'DATA ANALYSIS' drop down menu.
4. Follow the prompts by a) block the scores for the 'Pool' variable for BUSINESS then, b) block the PLEASURE scores. Follow with 'OK'. The results will be on a new worksheet in the same file.
