Plan for Restaurant

When it comes to the plan of building a new restaurant in my neighborhood, someone maintained that it is so convenient for us to eat outside. However, others hold a point of view on contrary that a new restaurant makes it chaos for living. As far as I am concerned, I probably think that the advantages of building a new restaurant may overwhelms the disadvantages.

First of all, a new restaurant gives us another choice to eat out. Especially in this area, lots of parents are always got stuck working overtime that it is too late to prepare a dinner at home when they are back from work. Building a new restaurant can solve the problem greatly. Only in a few minutes' drive can you eat in the restaurant or just take away, which not only saves a tremendous time, but also cancels the work of washing dishes.

Secondly, a new restaurant can improve the living condition around us. A new one declines the unemployment rate in this area, it has to employ hands of new employees to keep it run, which, to a great extent, make this area more harmonious. On the other hand, as a new restaurant is open, new parking lots and roads are constructed to the accompaniment of the increasing consumers. This would give a boost to those businesses and make our neighborhood more prosperous.

Only these two reasons can make me to draw a conclusion that building a new restaurant in the neighborhood make the life more easier, not to mention more.
