I found the test and the test results to be very interesting. The test results were almost spot on for me. The test questions were interesting that it would ask the same questions, but in a different ways, multiple times. I took my test through the Institute for Health & Human Potential and found the test to be very thought provoking and asked sensitive questions. After completing the questions, it scored me at 'slightly above average.' When reading the synopsis after reflecting on the summary, it has seemed to figure out my personal qualities. It also mentioned that I should work on the 3 things that have the greatest meaning in my life. If I do this, I be able to maximize my full potential and finding greater effectiveness, happiness, and fulfillment in my life.

Emotional Intelligence Theory is having the capability to recognize and manage the sentiments of other people and yourself. There was a psychologist names Daniel Goleman, who helped make emotional intelligence popular, in the modern world. Dr. Goleman explained the emotional intelligence theory by stating "the more that you, as a leader, are in control and manage each of below elements, the higher your emotional intelligence." (Introduction to Psychology, 2011)
Social Skills
Social skills help link emotional intelligence and leadership together. Most leaders who have great social skills can usually communicate effectively in all aspects. Such aspects include: conflict management, motivating their teams, problem solving and conflict solutions.
Social Awareness
This is an extremely important step in the process. Social-awareness is where the leaders have the capability of understanding the feelings of their team and can also get a hand around the emotional makeup.
