Although in our company “Royal cosmetics.” We have applied most of operational strategies in our company but I will mention only 3 strategies and the implementation of one of them in our company

About Royal Cosmetics. : is one of the leading companies in the field of soaps, detergents and personal care allover Egypt and Middle East, established in 1998

Products: bar soap, liquid detergents, personal care products and washing powder.

3 factories (soap factory – liquid factory – washing powder packing factory) in addition to another new projects under construction.

  1. operational strategies that apply to our line of business

  • Vertical Integration

Via Partnership arrangement with multinational brands companies and Long-term relationship with suppliers to promote innovation and quality improvement

  • Technology utilized and focus on automation

In RC Co. and as a focal strategy we have decided to go with high technology in production, storing, quality labs and supply chain processes and the automation of wide range of production process to maximize the productivity and the quality as well. For example we have almost change all of manual packaging to automatic packing process and moving processes in the factory

  • Quality approach and implement it

Our strategy is to produce a very high quality products controlled by a professional (quality team work) supported by advanced check equipment’s  

A Good Quality system following the ISO 9001

We achieved 86% QAC in external Audit with P&G   and seeking for more excellent result

Zero Significant quality incident

  • Implementation of Vertical Integration :

We have our own products like Dandy, English leather, Handy soap and it is going well but according to our adopted strategy of going with more vertical integration we have proceeded with adjusting this strategy depending on two direction

  • Via Partnership arrangement with multinational brands companies

So we have created a partnership with many of them as Reckitt Benckiser, P&G, and Henkel…

To be their co-packer (manufacturer) of their products

  • Long-term relationship with suppliers to promote innovation and quality improvement

Specially with the foreign supplier of soap noodles in Malaysia and Singapore and we have succeeded to do with not less than 5 suppliers ready to specify an allocation for us to avoid any shortage in soap noodles market and we have also did the same with another items suppliers and seeking for more
