Main Responsibilities:
* Sales Duty for USD $290MM annual sales and budget of USD $10MM
* Responsible for develop and growth the Milk Modifiers ( Choco Milk & Cal C Tose ) export business in the USA- Hispanic market
* Deliver key business indicators per category and channel > sales volume, market share and profits.
* Responsible for developing strategies for Choco Milk, Cal C Tose & Infant Formulas ( based on joint business plans fostering customer strengths ) to ensure the business targets in the different channels: Self - services, Food & Drug wholesalers and Government channel..
* Lead a Multicultural Team ( 80 members) including Trade marketing, National account, Sales operations, Catman and Regional sales manager.
