This is an example of how our Sales and Distribution Management System looks like
Expected benefits:-
- Profit statement by the store manager at the end of the month.
- Provides suppliers with late payments
- Easy challan making and invoicing
- They are well aware of their remaining inventory so that accordingly they can order ie inventory position of each store
- After training less work will be manual and less people will be required for same work in long run and will provide more efficiency of work
Implementation Time:-
The total timing for implementation will be divided in two parts.
- Time for data collection of all distributors
- Time for software implementation till go live
- Time for training at distributor level
- Time for maintaining efficient usage of software
Considering a number of distributors spread over 20 different locations , distributor data collection would be time taking process though major data might be available with sales department. It could take 2 weeks. After that for overall implementation including trial cycle running would take approximate 3 months. Then training at distributor level will take one more month. So, Total Implementation time will be 4 to5 Months.
