STRESS
Nowadays, stress is not strange to all of us, it is instead is a part of our life. Stress is a state of mental or emotional strain or tension resulting from adverse or demanding circumstances. If we are under high stress, we will always be angry and tired or endure splitting headache and can even forget anything that we have just done for some minutes. So, what are some reasons that cause stress and how to deal with it? We will go step by step to discuss that in this essay.
Let me tell you my story, I think I suffered high stress at that time. One year ago, when the schedule of one of the projects which I got involved became extremely tight, was very tight, I had a lot of works to do. we needed to think a lot in order to get the job done. I remember at that time, I could forget everything even some thing we have just done yesterday, today we could not remember. So, what made me like that? The answer is workingunder high pressure.
That is the first time I have ever been under severe stress. When I got through that period of time, I started to study stress. I searched on google, on youtube and I gained some knowledge about stress that I am writing here.
Firstly, I will mention about symptom of the stress. Symptoms of the stress are diversified with each of us. Bellows are some common symptoms:
1. About mental: You will feel very uncomfortable, nervous, and discouraged.
2. About action: You can get angry easily, often use wine/tobacco, get headache, fint it hard to sleep, lose memory.
There is one question to ask: "What reasons cause above symptoms of the stress?" Here are the answer: environment (weather, noise, pollution, etc.); social/familial strains (job's deadline, financial problem, work/familial contradiction, etc.) and your thinking (negative thinking, for example: students often think too much whether they will pass their final examination or not).
Finally, I would like to point out some ways to deal with stress, what you should do when you face above reasons to get a better life.
When you are
Under stress, you should try to be humorous. The more humorous you are, the more easily your works will be done.
When you are in stress, let's play and maintain your sport hobbies. Play sports properly will help you much in getting a comfortable life.
Planning your works carefully also will help you to reduce stresses. You had better list out your all works what need to be done daily or weekly and then finish easy works first. When you look back your list of works, you can see you have done many works then you will feel better. Besides, trying to be relax when you are in trouble will help you
