My name is Van Anh Nguyen Thi. I'm nineteen years old. There are 4 peopIe in my family: my parents, younger sister and I. My hobbies are: traveling, cooking, socializing with people and reading book. I graduated from Luong The Vinh High School For Gift last year. After graduated, I decided to study aboard, but I want to prepare my English first. I felt that learning in Vietnam was limited, I wanted to get more knowledge, heighten my ability. English is the international language, professional English would make me more confident and convenient. New Zealand is considered the standard English-speaking countries, so students should quickly progress in English. So I had decided to study in New Zealand. I think my choice is correct. I have been studying English hard for adapting my life abroad as soon as possible.
Study abroad helps me grow up. Study abroad can enhances the value of my degree. Degrees from New Zealand are highly sought-after by employers. It's will give me the qualifications I need for a good job with high salary in Viet Nam. I choose to study in New Zealand because New Zealand education system is based on high-quality education so degrees of New Zealand are recognized around the world. Learning environment in New Zealand is completely healthy. Tuition fee and living cost in New Zealand are not more expensive like The United State or England. This country is peaceful and safe. People are friendly, kind, and hospitable. The weather is temperate and cool.
I want to study at Southern Institute of Technology because this Institute is quite good with new academic package: English @ Zero Fees and mainstream programme. This Institute offers free English course in 24 weeks. I choose this Institute to continue the development of my critical learning skills and to broaden my knowledge base. The important thing is small class size. Students have change to practice in training program. This Institute provides a dynamic, innovative and friendly environment. I have one goal which is to become a nurse. Since childhood, I have loved acquiring scientific knowledge, particularly involving biological processes. Medicine has intrigued me because it is a never ending mystery and every answer has questions, and vice versa. My parents wish me to be a businesswoman. But, I have come to discover that a job and even a good income, without another significant purpose, will not bring satisfaction. I want to be a nurse so I register to the Bachelor of Nursing Course. I will study English first. If I not meet the English language entry requirement of the mainstream programme after 24 weeks I will pay 320NZD per week to continue study English.
