Step 2: Independent Study Master Agreement (ISMA)
□ Sign and submit the ISMA: Links to this document will be sent to the email address given at the time of registration. Student enrollment with CAVA is not complete until this document is signed by the Legal Guardian, student, and the homeroom teacher.
Step 3: I-Ready Assessments
□ All students will need to complete the math and reading i-Ready assessments on the first day of school, unless they have access earlier.

Step 4: Back to School Packet
□ Complete the Back to School Packet
A link to the Back to School Packet will be sent to the Learning Coach at the email given at the time of registration. The email will be triggered by the completion of the ISMA and should be received within approximately one week from of the completion of the ISMA.
Step 5: Online Learning Course/Homeroom
□ Complete our Online Learning Course (ORN010) Unit 1. Directions on how to access the Online Learning Course are attached. This should be completed prior to the first day of school to introduce students to course navigation.
Step 6: Attend class on the first day of school (9:00 AM on 10/9/17)
□ Student’s first day will start with a Homeroom Orientation session at 9:00am on Monday, Oct. 9. To access this session, students will log into their account at cava.k12.com, select ‘my schedule’ and select the link to the Homeroom Orientation session that will be listed on the ClassConnect schedule.
