                   Technology Changes Human Relationships

The development of science and technology has brought great changes to people's life, it's not only changed people's way of life, but also changed the relationship between people. Before the era of technology, the means of communication between people is very few. The opportunity to communicate is not frequent enough, making the relationship between people is very monotonous. During the era of technology, the communication between people becomes very convenient, and the communication way is also diverse. So the relationship between the people has great changes. It will talk about the parents -children, between friends and partnership, teachers -students, and the doctors-patients, the four relationships are changing in the two eras.

Firstly, in a family, the relationships between the parents and children are important. Before the era of technology, due to the lack of material resources, children need to be accompanied by their parents to play games, or parents tell stories to children. In a word, the communicate between parents and children is very frequency. When children grew up, and lived far from patents, they have an only one way to communicate, that’s the write a letter. They have no choice, the way is so slow, and it is easy to lost. During the era of technology, children no longer cling to their parents to play with them, because children have more choice. They can play ipad or computer, children always focus on these devices, they were no longer to communicate with their parents. For example, in my family, I always watched my iphone, I almost did not communicate with my parents, my parents are also staring at the TV to watching the wonderful program. Our family did not communicate when we were at home. In another hand, children lived far away from parents when they went to college in other city or state, children and parents can make a phone call, and even interactive video, communication is very convenient. For example, my parents and I live in America, we always use face time with my grandparents, we can communicate with each other face to face. So technology has changed the relationships between parents and children.

Secondly, the friendships and partnerships also have the difference in the two eras. Before the era of the technology, friends always talk to each other face to face, they always hung out and share some new things with friends.  For partnerships, they always worked together, and face to face conversation. During the era of technology, friends always share some new things to some social network like Facebook or Twitter.  When they hung out to eat, they only focus on their smart phone, they have no more communicate with each other. For example, when I went to some restaurant, I always saw some couples do not have any communication, but they have been staring at their mobile phone screen. For partnerships need to work or communicate, they don’t have to meet each other, they just sent an e-mail or open a video conference. They can stay at home and easily communicate with their partnerships.
