Technology is going to change no matter what we do. Technology is evolving in every aspect of the technology field. It is hard to keep up with the change technology, with it change every day. We all want and need greater technology it is what fuels the economy and our business to grow. Technology is transforming how we live, how we learn and how we do we run our company's.

Many people thought for years that computers where going to take over the work force. All it has none is made our jobs a lot easier to do. Technology as also help speed up production in the work force from the factory, the office, and out in the field. Technology as help out all the business industry in many ways from back in the day till today.

In the factory technology as change a lot form the indusial revolution. From when the first factories starting revolutionize the machine that they were using making them better and faster. Henry Ford the founder of the Ford Motor Company change a lot in the industry by coming up with the assembly line. Is where one worker does one job on the car not the whole car. When the work was done it moved down the line to the next worker so on till the car was done. The assembly line made it so that one person did not have to know everything about putting the whole car together, but just know how to do one job on the car. Today they still us the assembly line in factories. The factories are now run with computers that run robotics that put the products together. The robotics has taken over but they still need people to run the computes and to make sure that they are running right.

In the corporate side of the business all the filing cabinets are gone. They can communicate with just a click they can send mail the same way with just a click. Back in the day it would have took about a week for one letter for an order to go by mail and a couple weeks to get a return on the order. Now with computer and email all you need to do is fill out the order form online and click less than a minute the order will be there. Today mail is a lot faster because of the computers that the Unite Postal Services uses so it will only that a week now for the order to be at it location to do the job. The office workers are on a network within the company communicating with each other, so they now what the need to get the job done on time. Before, computers came big in the work world they were just nice to have not a big necessity. In the modern day and age it is simply a necessity to have. Businesses are more reliant than ever before on technology, to help improve communications and maximize efficiency in the workplace. The increased use of the internet, email and mobile technology has revolutionized the way companies operate and made Information Technology (IT) a critical factor in building and maintaining a successful company.

Technology must be embraced by all of the decision makers in a company and their views properly coordinated to enjoy all the benefits it can offer. Don't think of IT simply as cost but more as a real opportunity to drive efficiency into the business. Many companies are sill to reactive and fail to think strategically enough about how the world is changing and how their business is changing with it.

Information technology is changing the way that we are learning in school. Today in kindergarten they are starting using computers. They are starting them young so that they can get use to them and not scared of a computer. They are just games on them to learn their numbers and letters. Has the children move on threw the school years they learn more. Some high schools are giving out new computers with the text books on them and a word processer to do the work on. The teachers have all kinds of tools for teacher aids. No more black boards but
