You cannot take yelling or screaming at someone back, so when you do that, expect some kind of consequence in return. When you get angry, you could have health problems or get into trouble. Being angry will cause you more harm than good. Remember your actions will always have some kind to consequences. If you allow yourself to do illegal things, you will be arrested. If you get upset at every little thing in the world, you could have health problems.

Anger could cause you health problems. I was at my grandparents one day and my grandpa came home from work. He opened the door and was screaming and yelling about his job. He was running around the house and would not stop. All of a sudden we didn't hear him anymore. My grandma went into be back room, and I heard her scream "call an ambulance grandpa is on the floor." I ran to the phone and called the ambulance and then went back to see my grandpa lying face down on the bedroom floor. He had gotten so angry that he had a heart attack. While waiting for the doctor to come out the E.M.T. came to us and told us his blood pressure was really high and that is why he had the heart attack. We told the E.M.T. what happened and he said "that would do it." After his heart attack he became so calm and level headed. I think it scared him. He never did admit it.

Don't allow people to make you angry while driving. My friend and I went out one night and we were driving down the road, when a car cut off my buddy. Well he got so mad that he was getting so close to the back of this other car. I thought he was going to run the car over. I said calm down, but he ignored me. He got on the side of this car and before I knew it he had thrown a glass at the guy's car. It shattered on the side of his car. My friend then took off and about five minutes later we were pulled over by the police. We had to get out of the car so they could search it because the guy said we had a gun, but of course we did not. We explained what had happened and my friend was arrested and hauled off to jail and rightfully so. Of course he did not think so. He ended up getting a 500 dollar fine and 20 hours of community service for road rage and destruction of private property. I still to this day don't believe he learned anything because he is the same way.

This is another example of not losing your temper. When I was 21 years old, I went out to the bar with my friends. I am not going to lie I was a very angry person when I was younger. I was playing pool and this guy behind me kept bumping into me. I let it go until the third time, and then I told him if it happened again we are going to have a problem. Well, he did it again and I broke my pool stick over his head. Needless to say I started a bar fight between my friends and his friends. When the cops came I was honest and told them exactly what happened. I knew I was going to jail and I did. I spent three days in jail. Then, I had to
