INTRODUCTION

Background of the Study

The subject matter of this research is to look how employees can be motivated in order to achieve high performance within an organization.

In this competitive environment, organizations work harder to keep the coordination among employees.

According to Iqbal et al.(2012), Employee’s motivation and their ability collectively participate into employee’s performance and in their difficult tasks given by the manager are to purpose get maximum productivity. Now a day’s researcher have more concerned with increase productivity, perfection and working ability. Employee’s needs and wants having more important in research history.

Motivation is the most important matter for every organization public or private sector.

Motivation as incentive systems is fundamental to developing capacities into better performance.

Motivating employees is to know what motivate them and design motivational strategy based on those needs. Employee motivation will differ in every aspect either in terms of money, reward or psychological needs to achieve organizational goals.

The purpose of this study is to describe the importance of motivating employees at Fluor Daniel Inc. Philippines To understand how different forms of Employee Motivation can have a positive impact on Employee Performance and the quality of performance in the organization. As such will work on the problems below:

Statement of Research Problems-

The study will examine the effects of Employee Motivation on Employee Performance at Fluor Daniel Inc Phils . Specifically, the study will address the following:

1. To discuss the different forms of Employee Motivation.

2. To discuss the influence of Employee Motivation on Employee Performance

3. To discuss the effect of Employee Motivation on High Employee Performance in Fluor Daniel Inc Phils?

Research Framework

Conceptual Framework

Figure 1 shows the conceptual framework of Motivation Dimension of Springer In a literature review on motivation (2013) he used the motivation dimensions that influences individual and organization performance. It shows various motivation techniques that have a positive impact on employee performance and in the organization. The motivation techniques are Training, Monetary Incentives, Job Transfer, Job Satisfaction, Promotion, Achievements, Working Condition, Appreciation, Job Security, Recognition and Social Opportunity. When Motivation is satisfied it leads Individual Performance, Individual Responsiveness, Group Performance and Responsiveness.
