Force far back as anyone can remember, people(men a specially) have been defying by not only their physical possessions but by the job that they hold. And when they would come across a person without a job that person would be deemed and look back upon as a failure.
Unemployment as defined by InvestorWords.com "and economic condition marked by the fact that individuals actively seeking jobs remain unhired." The state of being unemployed can be caused by many different factors. The company in an initial work for had to downsize and laid off a majority of its workers. The company may have went bankrupt a completely shut down altogether. With individual employee did something to negate their contract of being hired. Unemployment also be caused by an individual not only lacking the opportunity to obtain a job, but also lacking the skills and work education needed to pursue said job.
There are numerous factors which affect the rise and were full of unemployment. The economical outlook for a certain region is one of the main factors. With companies shutting down and closing, and moving too different areas where labor can be performed at a much cheaper price, causing unemployment to be on the rise. There's also a environmental factor to consider when it comes to an unemployment. In many places around the world most jobs are only seasonal. This seasonal working time brings unemployment to its lowest for the year. But after the season's over, unemployment skyrockets with all the employees being out of work.
The sad part is I have personally dealt with some are pulled the conditions that I've just mentioned in my life. I've been unemployed many times in found that trying to find a job is hearted and sounds. Weather it be differ excuses from different employers such as, been over qualified for the job, or not having enough scholastic or real life experience. Whenever the case I can not only see the impact that unemployment has on individuals, but I have felt it myself.
But unemployment just doesn't affect individuals it affects all people at the same time. Whether it be nationally, statewide, or even within your own neighborhood, the unemployment can be felt by every person. It has a way of changing not only your outlook on people, but the outlook that they have one you. Unemployment has a strange way of changing how your friends and family treat and see you, and how you treat and looking to self.
Their other social impacts which are caused by the increase of unemployment. It has indirectly linked that the increase in unemployment also directly affects the increase alcoholism, drug abuse, and suicides. These increases in suicides and alcohol and drug abuse directly affect how the population views and chooses to help or not help the unemployed.
