Vienna Times 1900 (conceived in 1815)

The Congress of Vienna met recently to discuss several topics in desperate need of repair. This meeting was a discussion between the ambassadors and the high powers of Europe. In attendance, were many of our monarchs including Czar Alexander I of Russia as well as king Fredrick William III of Russia (Just to name a few) In Charge of the meting was Francis I (Austrian emperor) France was represented by Charles Maurice deTalleyrand. These men met together to create a better nation, one that could support itself and enact laws. Accordingly they created several territorial changes in order to solve the problems left behind by the Napoleonic wars and the French Revolution. Although some may say that this group failed in their mission, they defiantly did not fail in all regards. Together, the put into an action a new set of civilian laws for the people to follow. The congress has also prevented any major wars from according since they began. (It is now 1900) As you can see, the group made great steps toward peace. The meeting was held in 1815 (the group continues today) in Vienna, Austria. Because of these men, we can now live in a better society here in France. Although we don't know what will ensue in the following years, we can be thankful for the men before us.

This was a great paper written by a great human being who thinks you shouldn't have to upload a paper to gain access to this website. I mean really! In order to read other people's works I must first submit my own? Although this seems as if it would be a decent business plan, I really don't think its working out to well for many disappointed consumers such as myself.
