After reading this chapter I found out things that I thought could never happen in this world. Foreign aid is economic, technical, or military aid is given by one nation to another for purposes of relief and rehabilitation, for economic stabilization, or for mutual defense. The problem with aid is the delivering and spending assistance, men will not help because they think is undignified, also the aid officials want new, harder crops to be developed and women having HIV they wanted to help because they do want the people to know that they have HIV. Recommendations I have to fix these situations are kind of any hard, smart, and respectful. The first thing I will do is control the food knowing that food will be hard to bring in and try to feed the whole country I will make the farmers grow nutrients. It is healthy and it's unlimited also it does not cost a thing. Some people may hate it because it's not meat but at least they will have food and not be hungry. The second thing will be medical care. We will not give out supplies to people; we will make them come in to get treatments. We will no longer give it out and hope they will not throw it away. We cannot afford to give medicine to people who don't what to help them self. We will only help people who what help. Last will be that financial assistance. I will set up a union with the government and have an agreement that we will dispatch the money on terms. For example, if we get $1,000,000 dollars, half of that will go to education, 20% will go to the crops and 30% will go to medicine. The government will no longer hide money from us and we try to make sure that we have no more financial assistance, we will all suffer, I will take every body with me.
Let's talk about language - unique human language. Not dog barks, or bird chirps, or even ape grunts, but complex human language. We can do amazing things with language. We can declare war and peace, invent money, state class begins or ends, just with words. It's another strange aspect of humanity.
