Introduction

Nowadays,as the development of the tourism industry,more and more backpackers come through the Singapore.therefor,an array of backpackers hostel emerged as required.

Wave hostel is a successful backpackers hostel which was built in 2004. It is located on the east coast of Singapore 100,East Coast Road. It is convenient for customers to travel between city center and just 10 minute drive to airport.

Increasing online bookings.

Give the customer best value.

Lack of mature management idea,there is no standard system

No employee training

Have noise and sanitation problem

It don't have enough workforce

Bed is not good
