In recent years, entrepreneurship is a rising trend. According to (Big Ear 2007), the survey shows 59.78% graduates want to start from scratch. This phenomenon has become a hot issue. The government and some colleges support entrepreneurship because they aim to cultivate students` independence and creativity. The success of celebrities` entrepreneurial experience also encourage people to have a try. However, some parents think that entrepreneurship needs investments and exists risks. They hope their children choose a stable job. Whether setting own business is correct or not, it creates opportunities for people. Generally speaking, young people who choose to set up their own business may be forced by situation, want to reach their personal fulfillment, or enjoy freedom and creativity.

Firstly, Some young people are forced by situation and pressure. Recently, the competition is increasingly fierce. There are too many graduates looking for jobs. Unfortunately, the business need not so many employees and will not create extra positions because of the growing number of graduates. They have to limit the number of recruitment to keep balance. It leads to the uneven distribution with more graduates and less posts. In addition, most companies have high standards or requirements. (Fisher 2014) pointed out the business are willing to choose people who have highlight various aspects. That means people who are poorly educated or lack work experience will be eliminated. Even some disadvantaged people suffer discrimination such as female, disabled people or sharp defect. Stop schooling is also one of the external factors. Most teenagers who leave off their studies are due to financial reasons. Mr.Thiel (51 VOA 2013) states that the college is not the same as before and tuition fee is more expensive than 25 years ago. Some young people cannot afford the fee and choose dropout. However nearly half of the business require well-educated people. So school-leavers are hard to find good jobs. Lastly, global financial crisis results in the employment pressure. Business may reduce staff. Young people who have less qualification are more likely to be cut down. And it is difficult for them to look for another new job. Under social and financial pressure, young people have no choice but to become entrepreneurs. However, they have the same goals. They all want to have a better life security so that they can survive the society.

    Secondly, young people who set their own business have a strong desire to succeed and want to realize their self-value. Some young people are urge to prove abilities. Maslow`s hierarchy of needs shows that when people meet the physiological, safety, social and esteem needs, they would like to get higher demands to achieve satisfaction (Farrall & Lindsley 2010, p.46). These people would earn their own living rather than rely on parents. They hope to get acceptance and high reputation by struggling independently. Moreover, some young people may be dissatisfied with the status quo. After graduating from college, the youth expect a bright prospect. Unlucky, reality is contrary to the ideal. As new workers, they can only get low incomes and positions. So they prefer to be boss to get respects, make more profits and progress. Last but not the least, young entrepreneurs always have clear objectives and life plannings. Some factors may affect their future jobs. Mina Choi (2008, p.31) presents a girl`s experience that Tane Zhu loved qipao when she first time fitted on the qipao in Shanghai. Then she was determined to manage a qipao shop. Young people` choices have a close relationship with their interests, hobbies and experience. And these factors may develop to their jobs. Entrepreneurs always think more positively and realize their dreams earlier than those who have no ambitions.
