Blue and gold are who I am

When we were young, we often said that," I love blue" or "I love pink" without knowing any meaning of the color. As we grew up, we had gotten to know that each color does has its own meaning, or stand for something. Purple is sad and loyal. Red can stand for love. Blue and pink may stand for different gender, boy or girl. Today, colors can also be used to describe a person's personality traits in the True Colors test. Did you know that? Do you wonder what colors are you? I have found mine. Blue and gold will be blended to make up the whole me; while orange will make a whole different person, not me.

I think I'm a lady of blue. I have many characteristics that assemble blue. In other words, blue is my most dominant color. Sensitive and emotional are the two major words that I would use to describe me. I can be sad and cry very easily. I often find myself crying at a movie's sad scenes. Once, I watched soccer; when I saw the soccer players' sad expression, my eyes were like all teary. Plus, I'm very vulnerable from getting hurt. On top of that, I'm also very thoughtful. I always think of people's situation and put me into their shoes; so that I can understand people's feelings. I always think of others before I take any action towards them. Listening to people's story and sharing their sadness or joy are my favorite things to do. I actually enjoy doing them. I feel I'm being helpful to them, and I like this feeling. I like to give people my advices when they really need them. In fact, I also really value all types of relationships. As a result, sometimes, when my friend doesn't come to me when she needs help, I feel sad and scared of one day this friendship will come to an end. How sympathetic I am! Moreover, I'm also not very good at rejecting people. It's just hard for me to reject them when they need my help. For example, one night, my cousin came up to me and asked me if I could help her type her essay for her because she still had a lot of homework to finish. Since it was very late at night, so I couldn't reject and started to help her. Another thing about me is that I like to be peaceful. I don't like to cause any trouble and live in a noisy place. I'm also very patient. When I have been up to something, I will never give up no matters how hard it is. In addition, I don't like to do any reckless thing. I like to do things when they have some meaning behind them. Another part of me is that I'm a romantic, imaginative girl; I like to give my lover handmade gifts. I dream of romantic dates. I like roses and romantic love novels. I also like to daydream, think of the future, and picture it in my mind. Sometimes I also imagine a sad love story. After all, blue really does make most of my personality traits.

Not only blue makes up most of my personality traits, but many of my personality traits are also made up by gold. Gold is my second dominant color. Responsibility is what I always keep in my mind. When I have wrong doings, I always apologize and fix my mistakes. I never leave things undone. I'm responsible for what I do. I know my role in the family, and I know what I need to do. I usually do things very slowly and carefully since I want them to turn out perfectly. For example, when I make a Christmas card for my boyfriend, it took me 2 days to finish it. Drawing
