The many, a car is just a tool, something that gets from Point A to Point B. However a car is more than that for me. My car – specifically a CR-V – is an escape from reality for me. It is a place where I can listen to music and be free without interruptions from what is outside. I have always been largely influenced by cars as a child, so it is only natural to still be attached to cars. It wasn’t enough for me though to just drive a car. I had to make it my own and unique because my CR-V did not stand out from the other CR-Vs. Music always helps me relax and release tension so I could think in peace. Immediately I researched into replacing my sound system and looked for a setup that would provide balanced sound quality. I felt accomplished after installing everything in a week. I went for a drive and started a playlist of my favorite songs. The bass, mids, and highs were perfectly balanced with one another, and I could easily relax to the improved sounds of my car. I was satisfied after putting in a new sound system. It is unique to me because it is made to my needs, which is an environment where I can do the two things I love the most – listen to music and be alone. As long as I can still drive my car, I will always feel free from reality and engulfed in music and thought.
