Today I wanted to let you know that I am a director at the Management office and we are getting news that the water in a few areas have been polluted and can cause some people to get very sick. The disaster of this polluted water is a very fragile problem. There can be lives that can be in a great threat. All we know is there are people that had to go to the hospital due to the polluted water. There is no proof on the way the water got contaminated. Some signs to look for are diarrhea, headaches, bleeding from the nose, blurred vision, and causes also vomiting and pain in the abdomen. There will be arrangements that will be made with the company so this doesn’t cause the public to panic. Everything in our power will be done to get the water back to normal.
I can hold a meeting to make sure the public knows we are doing everything we can to get this disaster taken care of so we can put everyone at peace. I can see if the director of the water company can come to the meeting. It’s my duty as the management of the office to have a group that can have good communication inside and outside the company during this disaster. There are some qualities and challenges associated when communicating with the company and with the community during this disaster. There different communication processes used in crisis situations. We will make sure we take advantage of the proper use of appropriate technology for social media affecting communication during this crisis situation.
The plan was to access the use of the group. This company offers training to everyone to help with the disaster. The group will help everyone learn how to react to any kind of criticism. Be able to be in touch with what to say and what we shouldn’t say. There is always going to be questions that we are not going to be able to answer. We will learn how to keep away these kinds of situations so we don’t make things worse. There will always be issues where the media will try and get us to say the wrong thing. We will have to learn how to get away from the media in a persuasive way making it seem like we don’t want to answer their questions. The most important thing in this crisis situation is to earn the public’s trust.
In a crisis situation everything we do is fragile. We must be able to know how to communicate when there is a disaster. The group is going to teach us to do certain things. They will teach us to make sure we will be able to take over during this problem. You need to be able to talk to everyone in a way they will be able to understand. We will need enough help and support and with any luck maybe some members of our team will take on more responsibility until this accident is under control.
Sometimes it can be challenging to make sure the reports about the water are at a level of reassurance that the matter is being handled. As the director of the regional emergency management office the last thing I would want to do is causes s big panic. I will give enough information to keep the public and the media satisfied. My team will be investigating to find out why and how our water supply was contaminated. A conference will allow the media and the public aware that no people got infected from the contaminated water. Putting a hold on unnecessary outburst is a must. Doing some investigating always give you the chance to find information and knowledge about what is causing the contamination. A team will be working in the area of expertise so the problem can be solved in a timely manner. The more people we have on this team with the knowledge the better it will be. We will keep communicating with the public and the media regarding with what we find. The benefit of this way of communication is we are letting the public and media know we are not pushing the water contamination away. It is our top priority.
Media can be both a friendly and an enemy in a disaster like this polluted water. Reporters will want to show the bad information that can cause people to be scared of the polluted water and things everyone is doing to solve the problem. Communication from one person to another is very important. Reporters can give away information. Electronic devices can be helpful in disasters this way you can send information, and have products transferred to a new place to help people that need them. There are several kinds of social media such as Facebook, Instagram and twitter and there are other social media that can help the organizations. It can give you information on what kind of harm can be available, and if anyone wants to help they can. Technology plays a big role in today’s society. Media can show you what to do in situations. Technology can enhance communication because of how the message can get out to everyone so fast. Management disasters will teach you how to deal with things under stress. Electronic devices are all good in ways that can be useful for the problem, and can teach you how to send information, and how to get things to you. We can always use electronic devices for anything.
