Through this module I came to understand how much communication in business is important. There is a style and professional way when it comes to the way communication is done in the business world. Letters are written different. Companies and the government spend a lot to make sure their employees are well trained and know how to do it. There are many ways that communications is done in the business world.

Communication can come in another way, through
* Pictures
* Body language
* The way the managers sit and where they sit.
When communicating there are different audiences.
* Internal-mangers, deputy managers, workers
* External- customers,
When communicating; there are several reasons. It can be to inform someone, it can be to persuade them something.
Every business professional letter must follow this rule:
PAIBOC
* P- purpose
* A-audience
* I-information
* B-benefits
* O-Objections
* C-context
Being creative helps the business continue to be unique and profitable. By finding problems and fixing them yourself. Working within the limits and making ideas and brain storming. Not always following the boring way, find new and fun ways to communicate to keep the interest in the communication which will make relationships between business and partners good.
Planning writing and revising week 4
In this module I learnt the technique how to write with quality in my projects and reports. When writing there are protocols and guidlines.
* Planning- plan the outcome result, what the point is and the objective. The best way to do this I learnt to write down by hand bullitpoint of brainstorm the key factors that make the project.
* Gathering- Get all the information from different sources, to get good practice I always reference my research so that I can use the website or book again.
* Writing- draft copies that you work on to make the report or project. By writing regularly, stories and letters this is my practice to practice my grammar and composition and literature. A good strategy is breaking down the sections and ideas and writing about them individually. I have learnt to put my goal in mind so it keeps me in track.
