Executive Summary

The first food restaurant market in Singapore is growing year by year and many people from Singapore would like to eat out than cooking. McDonald is one of the very famous restaurants in Singapore and stand in the market with high competition in fast food market, especially with Burger king.

Even though McDonald have strong brand name with the vast market share in Singapore, last few months ago, one of the customer complain to McDonald that he found out the worm from one of the McDonald meal. So, after happening this problem, the researcher would like to find out the current customer satisfaction rate for McDonald.

The researcher cannot collect the data from all the customers who consuming at McDonald because of time limitation. So, the researcher chose university students as target audience because the researcher thinks that most of the university students are like to eat fast food restaurants. The researcher chose Bugis McDonald as the study area for this research. The data will be collected though survey questions which involve 17 structure questionnaire. The result will be show with diagram like line chart, pie chart and etc.

As the result of this study, the customer is focus on customer service and price while choosing the fast food restaurants and many people agree that customer satisfactions is importance for every fast food restaurant. And, McDonald have better to develop its products and payment techniques in order to gain customer satisfaction.
