The organization which I selected for my assignment is Fozan
INTRODUCTION OF FOZAN
Fozan is established in 1982.The Fozan is the pharmaceutical industry .Which is situated in 36-a, industrial, estate, Hayatabad Peshawar, Pakistan. Fozan is the best pharmaceutical industry in Peshawar. Peshawar is full of different waste product and pollution and over population due this all factory more and more people were ills for that people can take a medicine so for that only good quality of medicine provides a fozan with a less cost. And that is very good for over city.

TASK 1:
a) Explain why employee in some organizations is happy with their job and some are not?
Employee in some organization is happy with their jobs because they are satisfy with their jobs .They have given a right job for which they are fit .They have a good salaries .They are fully satisfy with their job because they have given the right job to do .They are working in team they have no stress for work .they also helping their worker as well they are doing their job well and they adopts quickly to change because they are fully satisfy from their work so this is the some reason that the employees in organization were happy .On the other hand there are employees who are not happy with their job they are not happy with their job because they have given the job for which they are not fit or there is no good salaries provided to them so they are not satisfy with their job they are not doing their job from the heart and not interested in it they do not come on time do not work properly.
FACTORS WHICH HAVE IN FULENCE ON INDIVIDUALS’S BEHAVIOUR
I have selected the Fozan organization. The main factors which influence on individual’s behaviour are as follow
The compatibility of an individual at work
Perception
Attitude at work
Non-work attitude
Stress
now I briefly describe the above factors
THE COMPATIBILITY OF AN INDIVIDUAL AT WORK
compatibility with task
A person chosen for a specific task must be compatible to do it or in other words, we can say knows how to do it properly. Fozan is going very well with it because before appointing an employee they consider experience.
Compatibility with system and management culture
Some people like to be independent means they do not want any one to control them, while some people like to be dependant means they want clear feedback of the work they have done, which can create incompatibility of individual behaviour at work. In monthly general meeting a manger check the work done by every individual and tells them how it is and what else they can do to make it much better.
Role compatibility
People consider themselves as a teacher when they are delivering a lecture in a class, or a student when attending a lecture. Every organization gives a person a specific role, which he/she has to perform. If an individual is not exactly sure, what is role is in a given organization then there occurs a problem of a role incompatibility. In fozan when new employee is appointed he is clearly told about his role in the beginning. In the same way if an employee is promoted the manager also tells him about his role.
PERCEPTION
A psychological process by which incoming sensory data is selected and organized in patterns which is meaningful to the individual,
perception can appear during work. Consider whether we might be misinterpreting the situation, or a simple joke related with race. Gender, or cast which may see as a ”bit of laugh” may be offensive to another individual. In Fozan, organization there is a friendly environment women are treated with very respect and all the staff is equal in the eyes of manager.
ATTITUDE AT WORK
”Attitude are our general standpoint on things”
An individual’s attitude of working condition’s, colleagues, the organization and management or on his attitude with the other staff can effect an individual’s behaviour. Management of fozan is very good with his staff.
NON-WORKING ATTITUDE
an individual may be conscious abound non-work factors like class, age, gender, religion, lifestyle, or interests. In addition, if he/she is conscious then it will look awkward to him/her to work with other.
STRESS
Some people do not work until there is stress on them. Other simply hate stress on them. According to the manager of, he has applied stress on workers and they doing well. Manager further says that stress has made the employees work harder and harder
B)) Differentiate Between Tall Structure and Flat Structure of organization
Tall Structure
A management structure characterizes by an overall narrow span of management and relatively large number of hierarchical levels .Tall structure has more layers than flat structure. Tall structures result in one long chain of command similar to military. A tall organizational structure has multiple layers of management between the executives and front line employees. How much the organizational is larger the taller will be its hierarchy? In tall structure there are many managers and each manager has a small span of control. They are in charge of only small group of peoples.
Flat Structure
A management structure characterize by an overall broad span of control and relatively few hierarchical layers. As compare to tall structure the flat structure will have few layers of management. In flat structure the chain of command from top to bottom is short and the Spain of control is wide. Flat structures are often use in small organization. Flat structure is more flexible as compare to tall structure because in it the decision can be made quickly.
Performance
Tall Structure
The performance which i expect from a tall structure is that a tall structure would be more organized because less people would accountable to minor supervision. A tall organization structure also consist managers at every level which would help them in better communication between the employees and authority. In tall structure the internal growth of employees is clear and progressive. The tall structure should be performing well in sense of employee’s promotion because in tall structure there is more layers so the employees see more levels to be promoted to. so they feel a sense of security in their job . The performance which I expect from tall structure is that it would advance the careers of the employees. In tall structure the organization become more complex.
