The well-known Grizzly Bear lodge located outside the Yellow Stone National Park which is currently considering expanding their business. The business is owned by Diane and Rudy Conrad, which is a seasonal business and opened from April until thanksgiving. Lodge currently wanted to expand and make improvement without cutting back on the personal service they offer to their guest. Managing people in a work environment is not easy to all the different variables for each workplace instantly Grizzly Bear lodge. However there are three control types that can implement to insure their guest satisfaction in Grizzly Bear lodge done according to standard.

Feed forward is the best control type and probably should be used immediately in lodge to safeguard things are done correctly. It helps to gears things such as rules, education and training before the lodge realizes the future expectations. Its main purpose can be useful in managing staff and prevent any problem before it happens which eliminates the necessity for using corrective action, which significantly saves time and resources and thus improves smooth functioning of lodge. Concurrent control measure can also be useful corrective action in lodge, which can be, manage by walking around the lodge workplace, use of surveillance cameras and other means of monitoring the workplace. It is essential measure in the lodge for expansion of business and to identify the enactment and comportment of employees. Similarly, feedback control is the last resort when it comes to control. Feedback control takes place after the situation has occurred. It is useful measure in lodge for future expansion as the situation is reviewed and scrutinized to know the cause and reason of the situation.

Significantly, All these control measure are effective measure in proficient employee performance and wholesome customer service however feed forward is more likely to be more rational preventative control measure for the small lodge as its motive being to ensure their guest satisfaction. Feed forward control incorporate that plans are in right order and flexible, here plans are in place to make sure that they themselves are available as well as staff to both management of the lodge and work as innovative and expand. The owner of the lodge Diane and Rudy Conrad should implement plans for commencing the expansion of their small business.
