I choose “Bossini” be the commercial sponsors of HPCC Orientation Camp. “Bossini” is the Hong Kong local brand which produces their brand clothes and retail. And it is a widely recognized casual wear brand renowned for its comfortable. Moreover, the T-shirt is high quality and good word of mouth. Therefore, I choose “Bossini” be the Orientation Camp sponsor for camp tee.

As we all knows, camp tee is uniform which is necessary because of representing Orientation Camp. But the camp tee is about $60-$70 each. It is high in the Orientation camp cost. So, we need “Bossini” to sponsor the camp tee. It can reduce the cost and decrease the fee to reduce the burden on students. Better still, it can use this saved cost to enrich the other activities in the camp. Moreover, the Bossini’s T-shirt has the high quality, it can let the participants wear it comfortable. Also, “Bossini” is the local brand that the participants may wear it after the Orientation Camp.

About the sponsor, it can gain many benefits from the Orientation Camp. The sponsor logo will show on the poster and camp tee. Since the participants have to wear the camp tee for most activities such as city hunt. This can have the advertising, too. Moreover, Bossini sponsor the school can increase the reputation and the teenagers market. So, “Bossini” is our best choice of the Orientation Sponsorship.

Dear Bossini marketing manager,

My name is Bernice Siu, the chairperson of HKU SPACE Community College Student Union. Our school is the well known college and connected to the Hong Kong University. And most graduates advance to the other famous university such as Hong Kong University and Chinese University.

We will hold the Orientation Camp for first year students in August. It is about 4 days 3 nights camp. This is the aim to the year one students have the opportunities to meet new friends in their course. It is very meaningful and memorable events for each student. In the Orientation camp, we need the huge expenses to organize it successful but our cost is very limited. So, we would like to invite you to be our main sponsorship to sponsor the camp tee for the Orientation Camp.

As we all knows, camp tee is necessary and important because of representing the Orientation Camp. Bossini is the well known local brand in Hong Kong. The T-shirt has the high quality, trendy and wears it comfortable. We believed that Bossini has the quality guarantee and our participants would like to wear it.

About the Orientation camp, we estimated that the number of participants at about 80 and range in age from 18 to 23. This event includes many intensive activities and games for the participants. Participants would wear the camp tee for the activities such as city hunt. They may wear it in many places and the “Bossini” logo will show on the line of sight place of camp tee. You can have the advertising effect on it. Moreover, we may show your logo in our event advertisement such as banner and poster. It can create goodwill and increase the reputation of the brand “Bossini”. Orientation Camp can let you gain many benefits and have the opportunities to advertise the teenager market.
