Hot Air Balloon

I am just trying to do a ccot essay for ap world. So here is some absolute bullshit i wrote for another class:

"As a group, our assignment was to complete the "Hot Air Balloon" project. The task that our group was given was to manufacture a hot air balloon (HAB) that could be used to replace cell phone towers that were damaged in a natural disaster. These towers were used to position electronic equipment and to provide a platform for remotely controlled camera equipment. Specifically, our mission was to create a HAB that would lift a 1 ounce weight at a specified internal temperature. The materials that our group was given to complete this assignment included tissue paper, glue, and a picture wire.

Our first step in this assignment was to research the various topics related to HABs and how we could apply certain principles to the project. We researched Archimedes' principle, gas laws, and numerical methods of finding area and volume. We then designed our balloon by determining the exact volume that would be needed for our balloon to achieve neutral buoyancy, the evaluator of the project. The only problem we had with our design was that are calculations were frequently off or we got confused with the lengthy and complicated procedure of determining optimum internal temperature and volume. The finalized design had a volume of 22.07 ft3. We also calculated that the optimum internal air temperature for without load was 118.04oF (with a 73oF outside temperature) and that our optimum internal air temperature for with load was 135.87oF (with a 67o outside temperature).

Our next step was to create our template for the HAB. We first drew it on a sheet of paper with the specific measurements and then translated that onto a large sheet of brown paper, but this time it was physically accurate. This template would help us be uniform while cutting our 8 gores. The only problem that we encountered during this cutting was that our measurements as to where to cut were a little off. In order to fix this problem, the next class was partly spent on reshaping the template such that it was proportional to our decided measurements. The rest of the class was spent on measuring and cutting the gores out of tissue paper. This day, we were able to cut out 4 of our 8 gores. The next class, we finished cutting the gores.

The next class, we began the construction process of gluing the gores together using the overlapping method that we were instructed to use. In the overlapping method, each gore was to be placed a quarter of an inch on top of the proceeding gore. After gluing the gores together, we cut a picture frame wire to put in the mouth of the balloon. In addition, we put a top on our balloon to close it everywhere except the mouth.
