The paper will include a successful service or product along with a product or service that has failed. How the two can be analyzed to show the importance of proper marketing plans.

Introduction

Marketing plans main goals are created so that it can be used to measure the process of a product or service. Marketing can be fun when dealing with the right concept.

Definition of Marketing Plan

Marketing plans outlines the precise business that is intend to carry out the interest of future customer in which the product or service and convince the customers to buy that product or service that the business is offering. (Kotler and Keller 2012)

A marketing plan is a tool to help your marketing strategy. The marketing strategy accommodates the ambition for your marketing plan. A marketing plan is a design form communicating the amount of the product or service to the customer.

Marketing Plans: an Example of Success

The Second Chance Act of 2007 was signed in 2008, a marked fundamental shift towards rehabilitation to achieve successful community reentry for offenders an in which included social workers that played a huge role. The purpose of The Second Chance Act enabled the aid to reverse the rise incarceration rates and cost. (Hide and Solveig 2011)

It provides the state and local grants to government and nonprofit groups for aid which includes housing, health, drug treatment and employment. The aid also helps boost the pilot program to test the effectiveness of reintegration and diversion programs for nonviolent offenders.

Based on its success, which in operated by jail and social services agencies the reduction is 50 percent rates. These results show that such a collaboration system can serve as a model for communities throughout the country to aid jail inmates, reduce criminal justice and societal cost and increase public safety. This act will help aid a lot of first time offenders get their lives back on track and help to reduce the chances of an ex offender return back to prison.

Marketing Plans: an Example of Failure

Over many decades there have been a lot of questions about health service with incidents of health service failures. We have question is this service is safe for our older love ones, and if they money we have contribute to the proper training and staffing of staff. This article carries out to explore the underlying causes of such failures.

A big factor is to look at the overlook of the role of nursing of the patient services. The healthcare systems to access information about the availabilities of beds and other services as patients move through their patients care journey. (Andrew- Evan 2012)

Nurses juggles the organization and professional objectives, which means nurses service constantly of responding adopting which hamper nursing and lead to failures in patients care. This can also be a positive role because of the flexibility roles the nurses play in innovation care. Nurses adapt and develop ways to protect patient's safety and ensure quality care for patients.

If a nurse does not get the proper support to help gain the knowledge and skills are able to use or not empowered to take charge of care environment the risk of disaster for patients increase. Without the required the specific skills and experiences and knowledge which are vital to health services go unrecognized. (Hide and Solveig 2011)

With not the right training patients lives and health are put in danger, this is nurse is the key role of the care in the uniqueness nurses take specific activities with individuals patients and have a 24 hour responsibilities for patients wellbeing. (Andrew- Evan 2012)

Analysis of Examples

From the two examples of services that was a success and failure, The Second Chance Act of 2007 became a success because it helps communities with make life better for ex offenders.
