Situational Analysis

1) Product positioning:-

A DMK shoe design is not so trendy and fashionable. All the shoes are almost looks like same only. In a current market, ladies prefer to have a fashionable shoes which helps them to look good, if they look good they feels good. So, they should provide different kinds of shoes for different generations.

2) Target market:-

Your target customers are those who are mostly liked to buy from you. So, there must be a staff to help a customer to find perfect shoes for them. The staff should be a more knowledgeable about their products. If they are not aware about their own products which they are selling then customer might not interested to buy the product because they don't have a proper guide.

3) Fast customer delivery:-

A staff must have a capacity of fast deliver a customer needs. A customer always wants to get a better and fast service. So, the staff must be attentive when the customer's walk in.

Objective

1) Pledge to make our products easy available worldwide through the use of retail outlets, mail order and company websites.

2) Increase our market share in the Asia pacific region from 2011 to 2013.

3) Increase the no. of Stores Island wide from 8 to 15 stores.

4) Increase the quality for more choices.

5) Promote the brand in South East Asia.
