Executive Summary
The report is prepared based on the findings and analysis of Human resource planning process and alignment of HR plan with the organizational plan. Human resource planning is a very important strategic plan for every organizations. Moreover it deals with the most complicated resource of the organization. The organizational position, organizational background, there is also written here to know about the company. Afterward there is a brief details about the HR functions of M&J group is given. At the same time the forecasting process of M&J group is also discussed. Alignment of HR plan with the organizational plan is another important topic that in focused in this report. Every organizations do the HR planning for some common purpose. At the end we tried to find out the key findings and provided some possible recommendations.
