These types of customers who stay most in hotels so as hotel managers if you give the right service and price for these customers you will be successful.
Tour operates
Most people when they go on holiday they book their hotels through travel agents or tour operators, so we can give special prices for these people because these people are the ones who bring business to the organisation.
