Senior-level management plays a big role in every organization, for what has of important factors and held the organization profit in a way. First I would like to define the term manager itself. A manager is a person who is responsible of a group of individuals and makes decisions about their work and maintaining their work, and taking corrective actions when necessary. Senior-level managers use less information to make decisions and quicker decisions. Sometimes a senior-lever manager can have the power to hire or fire employees in small organization; in higher ones the senior-lever manager can just give an opinion to higher levels.

As a senior-level manager it takes a high risk in many ways. It's not only a job with signing papers and leading employees to work, there are a lot of important abilities to success as a senior-level manager. To be a senior-level manager it surely needs a certificate to be one, in my opinion this is not the most important ability, experience is more important for what the senior-level manager will have more knowledge from the smallest to the largest thing in an organization, but also the basic of this knowledge is important as well which is the certificate or the university where the person graduated from for what it holds of good reputation or bad. From experience and knowledge the manager gets and builds skills automatically. Intellectual abilities are important to succeed as a senior-level manager such as understanding logic more often which doesn't waste time, memories well and listen to and understand information and ideas presented through spoken and written words and sentences, speak clearly so others can understand you, apply general rules or new ideas to specific problems to produce answers that makes sense.

Communication is another important factor to success as a senior-level manager. To be social and to have good relationship with employees benefits the company in many ways, by satisfying the employees and they get satisfied with a good manager that holds their work and teach them, by that the service or company gets more customers from the employees satisfaction. Being communicated with employees by being interested in your employees growth or giving them support to do their job well , and make your employees feel that they are empowered well in the job, by getting them involved with opportunities and giving them information about everything in the job, and keep on motivating them as well. Building good relationship with the employees makes the work easier and enjoyable.

Finally, ethics and morality are characters that every manager should have. Being ethical and moral to the company is not only for the organization you are working for itself but also to the government you in the country you are in. And by being ethical you don't only benefit the company you benefit the employees for further involvement of any other company. To know
