Process:
* Is SO Binder ready? If yes, who has validated the same? If not, what is the plan? (Action items with regards to timelines)
* What is the status of the SO on the following parameters :
* Who are target users for the binder?
* Content and its relevance vis-à-vis its target audience?
* Quality of representation of the SO on Satyam Website and comparative assessment with competition
* SO mapping with competition
* Quality and number of Case Studies
* What are the Objectives to be met by the binder (e.g. sales-oriented or internal usage, etc)?
* Are the desired objectives being met? What are the outcomes?

Infrastructure availability, such as development platforms, software licenses, in-house tools, etc.
Solution technology stacks and our position vis-à-vis our competitors (ie, how many stacks do competition cover? how well they cover vis-à-vis Satyam)
