POLICY STATEMENT
It is the goal of Cinepax's to develop the highest level of skill among employees. Therefore, a common training programme has been established within the organization across the board to expose and direct employees in the Cinepax's method of catering and to meet the training needs of Cinepax's.
The Human Resource Department will be responsible for implementing and directing the training programme throughout the Cinepax. The Management will participate in the programme and will be responsible for the operational results. Training in operations for which necessary equipment or financial resources required to implement the training programme and to meet the training needs of Cinepax's will be provided.
At times it may be appropriate to augment training through further education of personnel and the Management will provide for such opportunity when and where appropriate.
