1. Imagine that you are a management consultant hired by the Salernos to help them navigate the choppy water ahead. First describe the elements of the microenvironment ahead competitive environment that affect Wild Water now. Then describe elements that you anticipate will affect the water park in the next few years.

A company's marketing environment consists of the outside actors and forces that affect a company's ability to develop and maintain successful transactions with its target customers. The marketing environment is made up of a microenvironment and a microenvironment. The microenvironment consists of actors and forces close to the company that can affect its ability to serve its customers, the company itself, marketing channel firms, customer markets, and a broad range of publics, competitor, and cultural forces.

As a management consultant for Salernos, I must work closely with top management and the various company departments. The finance department is concerned with finding and using the funds required to carry out the marketing plan. The accounting department has to measure revenues and costs to help marketing know how well it is achieving its objectives. Product development is responsible for creating new products to fit the needs of the changing marketplace All company departments will have some impact on the success of marketing plan. Once the marketing plan is enforce, we as a team will work strictly together to make the company a success.

2. The organizational culture in the Wild Water Park is hierarchical, as it was said. The fact that the staff was very loyal will in the end, turn as a benefit for the Salernos. Because, things are going to become more hectic, since there is somebody to compete with now.

3. The way existing culture responds to the organization's external environment is not the one the bests. Seems like the place is old, no one is interested in renovating the look. The Salernos have to abide by laws and regulations as any business in the United States. They are affected by the economy because their business is only open several months out of the year. In this time frame they have to put in extra work in order to make sufficient income in the limited amount of months that they are open. Their limited income has stopped them from upgrading the park, which is needed to stay relevant. The element of the competitive environment that the Salernos face now is customers. As with all businesses the customers are the driving force. The Salernos have a good customer base as of now and they satisfy their current customer's needs. The fact that they currently do not have any competition helps because that is the only place residents and customers can go to for that type of enjoyment in the area.
