Gun Control in the USA

This trivial matter of whether the right to bear arms or not in the USA has been of very much of a spoken topic in terms of the constitutional and the humanitarian aspect of it. Nevertheless it has to be clearly noted that this topic of whether more tougher guns and firearms regulations should be imposed or not upon the ulterior American hands is the main argument with foremost regard to this and in the proceeding course of the essay I would like to justify based upon logical reasoning and other evident circumstances pertaining to this controversial subject.

First and fore mostly I would like to state that when looking at the aspect of having more strict laws and regulations pertaining to the right to carry a firearm or a gun as we would all call it even in a concealed form will be of a good step taken towards the reduction of gun fatalities. On an additional note I clearly would like to emphasize that if the US had more tougher and stringent firearm regulations so will it be for a person to be in procession of one and use it against the other innocent and harmless fellow citizens. In this aspect it is notable to state that the US having a consistent trend in mass shootings, public shootings and other firearm activities have unanimously taken the lives of young fellow innocent Americans, also most importantly it has been a very pathetic and lamenting when innocent children at schools, universities and other educational institutes fall onto their death traps as a result of this. To justify thy US history has many notable events and incidents of mass and public shootings of which the Connecticut shootings, Kentucky mass shootings to even more recent gun show in a US Navy facility in Washington DC are of timely evocative incidents which ended up in sad tragic fatalities. The question is who is to blame for these shootings??Is the person who is bearing this deadly firearm or the legal regulations which govern the usage of these weapons being put at blame? This has certainly been the most debatable question starting from the US Congress Senators to the fellow Americans.

Another major reason which is to be highlighted in aspect of this is the mere fact that if in case the US Federal Government decided to make these laws and regulations more strict and aggressive it would be very much of a hard task for any crazy lunatic or even a sensible person to be in procession of such a weapon and thus would make his or her chances of shooting deliberately or let alone the chances of shooting at someone else would be virtually zero. Thereby isn't it fair and equitable enough to state that if the fellow Americans didn't have access firearms then possibly there wouldn't be any mass shootings or public gun shows which would take away lives. Thereby the society which prevails in urban industrialized towns to the rural scenic counties (countryside) would be safer for people to reside in. So evidently there would be no danger or any threat of any US citizen to be a victim of a gunshot. We would be able to save lives and make this society a fair equitable peaceful place to live in by imposing stricter gun laws and regulations. Furthermore many Americans say that taking away their right to bear forearms or a breach or a violation of their rights as stated in the 2nd Amendment in the US Constitution to their sole rights of life liberty and property, if this was the case I personally would like to state the mere fact that whether the right to life is more precious or the right to bear an firearm is more valuable than our gifted lives?

When we consider this aspect on another note it is evident that it is quite easy to kill a living being or any form of life with a mere pull of the trigger in that deadly weapon, and it is quite a fast and effective way to take away valued lives. On exploring this it is notable to emphasize on the fact that even lunatics or people with low levels of mental sanity have access to firearms no matter what the authorities claim about psychological tests and criminal or felony records being examined prior to the issue of such a weapon. Thus clearly as in the case of the Connecticut mass shootings whose tragic circumstances were the deaths of innocent young little children were done by a mentally insane person as proven by records afterwards the investigations was done. If the laws were tougher and more stringent then the possibilities of such mentally insane people let alone the sensible people, would not have found out any loopholes within the existing system and wouldn't have got no chance of even setting their cold blooded hands on these deadly firearms which would have resulted in those young children being alive today. This is what makes the difference between life and death and it certainly has to be fair enough to state that no matter what the regulations are guns are certainly a facilitator for sheer crime and deaths. Even this issue of handling and procession of firearms has led to man violent gangs and criminal groups being formed amongst every state and has led to other crimes including theft kidnappings and rape to take place within USA. Therefore it is high time that the US Government think about imposing stricter gun control laws and regulations to reduce thy above.

Nevertheless on the contrary we also can think of this most subjective topic on the perspective of abiding by the US Constitution. Particularly justifying in accordance these facts stated below. This has most certainly been a very controversial topic regarding on the justification for the rights of US citizens to carry their own personal weapons (firearms). On this accord we clearly see the
